Cymreictod Ym Mhob man/ Welsh Everywhere

Mae’n fore Dydd Llun, ac mae’n bwrw glaw, felly, beth yw’r peth gorau i wneud ar ddiwrnod fel hyn? Mynd siopa! Felly dyna beth wnes i fore `ma, a chefais i brofiad hyfryd tra o’n i màs.

Wrth i mi aros ar bwys y til, clywais blentyn bach, 3 neu 4 mlwydd oed yn siarad Cymraeg yn rhugl i`w Mam-gu. Daeth gwen enfawr ar fy wyneb, a theimlad o falchder. Dyma’r pwynt! Dyma’r holl bwynt o "Cynhyrchion Cymraeg", I annog fwy o Gymreictod ym mhob man. I gael Cymru lle mae pawb yn siarad Cymraeg i`w gilydd. O’r ifanc i’r hên. I gael Cymru Cymraeg. Dyma beth yw gobaith Cymru!

Y tro nesaf byddwch allan gyda’ch teulu, ffrindiau a.y.b. ceisiwch ddefnyddio’r Gymraeg yn gyntaf. Mae’n wir wneud gwahaniaeth.

It’s Monday morning, and it’s raining—so what’s the best thing to do on a day like this? Go shopping! So that’s what I did this morning, and I had a lovely experience while I was out.

As I stood by the till, I heard a young child—about 3 or 4 years old—speaking fluent Welsh to their grandmother. A huge smile spread across my face, and I felt a rush of pride. This is the point! This is the whole purpose of “Cynhyrchion Cymraeg”: to encourage more Welshness everywhere. To create a Wales where everyone speaks Welsh to one another. From the young to the old. To have a Welsh-speaking Wales.

This is the hope for Wales!

Next time you’re out with your family, friends, or anyone else—try using Welsh first. It truly makes a difference.
